Crouse/Ibrahim, Kiscadden brothers win trindle doubles

69 teams, including a whopping 46 in handicap, visited Trindle Bowl in Mechanicsburg for our annual doubles event. Bradley Crouse made it six titles in three months as he and Zakee Ibrahim won the scratch division.  Crouse averaged 242 on the day, and Ibrahim contributed 214 per game.  Crouse struck out in the 10th as Crouse/Ibrahim beat Patrick Mitchell/Eric Erb in the baker doubles final, 248-207.  Crouse won his 12th title, with Ibrahim winning his 5th.  They each won $200 in scholarships. Billy Kiscadden won his first title, and his brother, Tyler, won his second in handicap.  Billy averaged 192 and Tyler averaged 167 for eight games.  They defeated Cole Koutz/Dimitry Facemire, 226-207, in the final.  The brothers each earned a $250 scholarship. CJ Costa shot 300 in qualifying, and earned a $50 scholarship.  Layne Sandt shot 299 in round two.   Patrick Mitchell and Matt Ricard earned their entries for Junior Gold in Buffalo.
