Desimone/Martell & Celmer/McMaster Capture 21 & Under Doubles Titles

The PJBT rolled back into AMF Parkway Lanes for the 2nd straight week.  This week brought us our 1st 21 and Under Doubles Event of the season.  This event was 1 team from SOLD OUT!  We had 63 teams of 2 or 126 bowlers come out for this event.In Scratch, Rob Desimone & Michael Martell of New York told home the title.  After finishing 2nd last week in the team tourn, they reached the title pinnacle on this week.  After 8 games of qualifying, Desimone & Martell led the field at +407.  They were the tournament leaders heading into the stepladder baker final.  In the final match, Desimone/Martell took on 2nd seed Connor Kolessides & Brian Kasperowski.  Desimone/Martell defeated Kolessides/Kasperowski in the title match 225-191 to take home the title.In Handicap, Riley Celmer & Michael McMaster captured their 1st PJBT titles.  After 8 games of qualifying, Celmer & McMaster led the field with +326.  In the final match, Celmer/McMaster took on Kayla Marrero & Kendall Battles.  Celmer/McMaster outlasted Marrero/Battles 213-177 and took home the title.Thanks to Gebhardt’s Pro Shop for sponsoring our Doubles Event.
