Bohn & Nockley Victorious at StrikeZone

A good sized field of 72 bowlers (42s/30h) hit the lanes at StrikeZone on May 2nd.  In the end, Brandon Bohn and Leo Nockley took home the titles.  Bohn was simply dominant.  He lead qualifying with a 5 game score of 1264.  Lead after match play by over 200 pins with a total of 2113, and he won the title match besting Jordan Schell shooting 268-221.  For the day, Bohn averaged over 254.
Schell qualified 5th and tried running the ladder before falling to Bohn.  He beat Jack Konrad 256-228, then he got by Parker Laubach  in an entertaining match 267-257.  In the semi’s, Schell beat Ayden Davis 224-192.

In the handicap division, Nockley was equally impressive.  He lead qualifying at 1173, lead after match play at 1903.  He defeated Lina Fernandez 231-153 in the final.  Fernandez was also trying to climb the ladder, beating Brandon Torres 196-113, Allison Stackewicz 191-170, and Zachary Fetchko 225-129.
