The BuddiesProShop.com Adult Bowlers Tour continued its 6th season with a trip to Hiester Lanes for our Over Under 45 Doubles Event.   This event saw 16 doubles teams take to the lanes to try to win $1500 cash prize.  Pattern for event was a Kegel Created Unique Pattern.

Our winners were Alex Cavagnaro & John Conroy.  Cavagnaro & Conroy shot qualifying doubles games of 415, 466, 408, 445, 451, and 484.  After 6 games of qualifying, they stood at 2669 (+269) and was seeded 4th of 4 teams making the finals.  On this day, the finals format was 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3 in a 1-game head-to-head match.  Winners then bowled each other for the title.

Cavagnaro/Conroy took down our #1 seed team Brad Kemp & Dean Wolf in their semi-final 450-416.   The other semi-final saw #3 seed Scott Gingrich & Paul Pinto beat #2 Scott Kinkaid & Erv Raines 473-402.  In an interesting twist, both #1 and #2 seeds lost.  This set up a title match between #3 Gingrich/Pinto and #4 Cavagnaro/Conroy.  In a close title match, Cavagnaro/Conroy squeaked out a victory over Gingrich/Pinto 452-438.  Alex Cavagnaro & John Conroy each received $750 a piece for their win.
